Gene regulation analysis for any eucaryotic organism

For this example we took the genome of Komagataella pastoris, selected the subset of its genes responsible for Glycolysis and performed site search on their promoters.

The result contains the TFBS models (positional weight matrices or PWMs) that appeared to be enriched in the promoters of the Komagataella pastoris genes belonging to the Glycolysis pathway when compared to promoters of its other genes:
