Let’s geneXplain your ChIP-seq data with love

Bioinformatics training held within the ChromRare project meeting

February 14th, 2024

Bioinformatics session

– 9.00 – 9.45 (JC Andrau): How to isolate and characterise enhancers using genome-wide approaches, introduction to practical bioinformatics approaches

– 9.45 – 10.30 (Alex Kel): practical options to isolate enhancers using ChIP-seq data sets and the geneXplain platform

– 10.30 – 10.45 Coffee break

– 10.45 – 11.30 (Alex Kel): Applying Genome Enhancer to identify TFBS composition of enhancers and to reconstruct master regulatory pathways.
