– 9.45 – 10.30 (Alex Kel): practical options to isolate enhancers using ChIP-seq data sets and the geneXplain platform

– 10.30 – 10.45 Coffee break

– 10.45 – 11.30 (Alex Kel): Applying Genome Enhancer to identify TFBS composition of enhancers and to reconstruct master regulatory pathways.

– 11.30 – 12.00 general discussion with students

– Loading ChIP-seq data and peak calling (MACS2)
– Revealing enhancers
– TRANSFAC motif enrichment
– Pathways and master-regulators
