Awarded a Ph.D. in Genetics from Bangalore University in 2004 and obtained a Master’s Degree in Applied Genetics from Bangalore University in 1997.

Professional Experience:

Worked on various projects involving the collection of information related to SNPs, disease
associations, disease information, and patent curation, as well as updating databases. My
responsibilities included scoping, organizing, managing, and completing custom projects.

Expert in analyses of microarray high-throughput data, gene expression, and proteomics data,
along with product testing and enhancement. Also handled content editing and articles
writing.

Bio-curation of full-text articles in accordance with product policy guidelines and curated
protein-protein interactions from articles for several databases.

Attended multiple National and International conferences and authored several publications
in peer reviewed journals.
