We’re excited to share an example of our ongoing work — a curated Biomarker Map for Colorectal Cancer, built from experimentally validated data.

This map integrates biomarkers and regulatory components to provide a clear, structured overview of the molecular mechanisms involved in the disease.
It’s designed as a scientific reference and may be particularly useful for researchers in systems biology, gene regulation, or translational research.

The map was generated using data from HumanPSD, part of the TRANSFAC Pathways package.
